I was born and raised on the south island. 38 years old now and I have to move away to afford a house to raise a family in. Its sad to see what has become of the island. I call it geriatric park. Nothing but old dinosaurs roaming around aimlessly. Every crusty diaper wearing geezer is trying to move here. Hospitals are always short staffed because nurses cant afford a decent home here.

The house has very much a Chesapeake Bay feel to it, kudos to you Canuckards for pulling that off, but the minute you step inside, it's like deluxe LA, upscale tract home... This house is going to cost a pretty penny to renovate the interior up to today's market expectation .. but the grounds are utterly spectacular.

This lot used to belong to my dear Aunt and Uncle. I grew up every summer at 1322 Stanbury road. I'd be curious to know if any rose bushes popped up in the yard. My aunt had the best rose bushes in the neighborhood. My uncle passed away there in 2014, then Aunt was placed in retirement home until she passed away in 2017. This property holds special memories and wow what a home that was built in its place. It should be called 'Crimson Rose'

All that space and a pathetically small kitchen!! Disappointing and I wouldn’t touch for that reason.

I LOVE this house. It exudes elegance as well as comfort. I see entertainment all over its landscape: gardening, hacking boating and swimming on the water. Just because they didn’t show a media room doesn’t mean there wasn’t one. Wish I had the money for this house and it was located in the USA!

All that big open space and they built all these houses so close together you can smell your neighbor's farts. The developer is either an idiot, a sadist, or a troll. I suppose the people stupid enough to buy one of these and move in deserve to be sequestered from the sane portion of society and deserve each other's miserable company. Maybe the developers are actually doing the world a favor by concentrating the morons into a small easily avoided area out in the middle of nowhere.
